Description
During the project Microsnow, field sampling was conducted at station Svartnes, Balsfjorden, Norway in June 2017 and June 2018. The downward flux of the following parameters was determined with short-term sediment traps (KC Denmark type) i) chlorophyll a (Chl a) total (> 0.7 micrometre) (unit mg m^-s d^-1), ii) particulate organic carbon (POC) (>0.7 micrometre) (unit mg m^-2 d^-1), iii) particulate organic nitrogen (PON) (>0.7 micrometre) (unit mg m^-2 d^-1), iv) the atomic ratio of PON:PON at 20, 30, 50, 90, 120 m depth (sampling depths sediment trap cylinders). During deployment Deployment_20180612_13_extra only four water depths were sampled (20, 30, 50, 90 m).
