Description
Output of the sea ice, marine biogeochemistry and physical fields of the last 30 years (year 5571-5600) of a pre-industrial (PI) control simulation. This simulation was performed with NorESM-OC and includes a sea ice model, ocean circulation model as well as full biogeochemistry with the carbon isotopes (Tjiputra et al., 2020, Geoscientific Model Development). The results of this simulation as well as details of the setup are discussed in Tjiputra et al. (2020, Geoscientific Model Development) and Morée et al. (2020, Climate of the Past). The directory tree is organized in an ice/hist/ folder which contains the monthly sea ice simulation files for all years and an ocn/hist/ which contains annual mean marine biogeochemical (*.hbgcy.*) and physical (*.hy.*) output fields for all years.
