Oxford Nanopore sequencing data for Bubo scandiacus
This repository contains the raw sequencing data from Oxford Nanopore sequencing. Currently, is it not possible to deposit this in INSDC, but recalling bases from this raw sequencing data can be really useful for genome assembly projects. The basecalled reads can be found at the run accessions ERR14002240, ERR14002242 and ERR14002241 at ENA.
